All of our meat, eggs & milk are from local farms, most pasture raised. Our syrups and toppings are free from preservatives, and have clean ingredients. Our produce is local when in season, and regional and organic where possible. Most of our coffee blends are certified organic and fair trade, roasted in house. Our paper goods are PFA & PFOA free, our plastics are BPA free, & we never cook on Teflon or PFOA coated surfaces. We make our own almond and oat milk. We fry in beef tallow, avocado oil, EVOO, & grass fed butter. Almost everything you eat, down to the sauces, ketchup & mustards are housemade. Everything we do is aimed at providing the highest quality food, supporting local farms, businesses and families.
