Every dish uses pasture raised eggs, & local, grass-fed meats. We use tallow,

avocado oil, olive oil, or butter to sauté and fry, & thoughtfully choose

items with clean & simple ingredients. We cook on stainless steel, carbon steel, cast iron, & copper ceramic, & do not use teflon, non-stick, or PFOA coated surfaces.

We currently work with Hidden Creek Farm & Spring Run Dairy.
